Exchange Policy
At Vainmune, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange under the conditions mentioned below:

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Customized or altered garments.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “No Exchange”.

Accessories and intimate wear (due to hygiene reasons).

Exchange Process:

Email us at support@vainmune.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

Once approved, you will receive the return instructions.
- The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the original item.

Customers must bear the shipping cost for sending the item back to us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer you a different product of the same value or issue store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Item:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement.
